Election 2024

This is a Presidential election year. We will vote on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

In Missouri, we will be voting on local, State, and Federal issues and positions.

You must register to vote before election day.  You can register by mail or online.  For more information, go to www.sos.mo.gov. The last date you can register  to vote is October 9, 2024.

Polls will open at 6:00 AM and close at 7:00 PM.  You need to be at the polling place prior to 7:00 PM.  Those in line to vote before 7:00 PM will be allowed to vote.  We encourage you to vote early in the day.  Do not wait until the last minute!

Voters are now required to present a valid photo ID when casting a regular ballot in person.  Acceptable IDs include: a valid government issued photo ID, Missouri drivers license, a Missouri non-drivers license, a valid US Passport, or Military ID.

You must vote at your assigned Polling Station.   Several weeks before the election, you will receive information in the mail, telling you where to vote.  If you do not receive this information, you can find it on the state elections website by entering your address.

You can vote early by casting an absentee ballot in person starting two weeks before Election Day.  You can find further information on absentee voting and early  voting, or voting in general at www.sos.mo.gov.

MCQC encourages everyone of voting age (18 or older) to vote.  This election is extremely important and will set the future direction of our country.
