Establishes the Designated Health Care Decision-Maker Act, which provides that a health care provider or health care facility may rely on the health care decisions made for a patient by a designated decision-maker if two licensed physicians determine that such patient is incapacitated and the patient does not have a person with the legal authority to make health care decisions for him or her. Designated decision-makers are selected from a list of persons given priority.
