"When my husband knew he had terminal cancer, he developed a check list of vital personal information to help us after he was gone. Within months, he had died and this document was invaluable to help close out his estate, even in our time of grief and sorrow.

As an MCQC board member, I shared this list and asked other board members for help in editing it. While this document was originally developed for people at the end of their lives, board members felt it was an invaluable tool for any adult at anytime. I agree with them.
